He has a 2 story place, though he only uses the top floor for himself. The lower floor houses the NnO cast and is essentially separate. This is the top floor:

| 3. Feeding: In his canon, a human experiences a pleasure more exquisite than sex when a vampire feeds on them - which is also why it can become highly addicting for the human so... would your character let him feed off them if the situation/CR gets there?
| 4. Turning: While it is HIGHLY improbably, Zelman can turn other's into a vampire (He's never done it, not in his 800+ years), so! If the CR is there to make it possible, you interested?

·Eight centuries ago, he'd been sealed into a single human's form by a Tevinter Magister with a spell he'd never seen before. He'd spent several decades bound to the human, enjoyed watching him test and tamper with his magic until he felt there was nothing left to learn. He'd killed the human then, but even if death he hadn't been able to take the wretch's form. He's been stuck in his current one ever since. · Due to his unchanging nature, Zelman has been careful to move from city to city every few decades, drifting between the Tevinter Imperium, Orlais, the Free Marches, and even Rivaini lands. · In each place he moves between the nobility, the powerful merchants, and even the criminal syndicates. He's a whisper in an ear to encourage ambition and selfish desires, a spark of chaos to keep things moving. To keep things interesting. · He still looks, occasionally, for a means to break free of this particular form but... he's grown rather fond if it after so long. He's disinclined to giving it up. · His preferred means of fighting is psychological, however he is exceptionally strong with fire attacks and weak to ice-based ones.
